Job Overview
Award-winning Lifelancer is seeking a seasoned Patient Advocacy Operations Specialist to join our fast-paced team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in shaping the patient advocacy landscape and driving meaningful change.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead multiple patient advocacy initiatives, including patient advisory boards, publications, podcasts, and outreach events.
  • Corporate Communications: Collaborate with internal teams to support disease awareness days/months, social media activities, and other patient-oriented events.
  • Event Planning: Develop and execute patient advocacy conference plans for PK deficiency, thalassemia, and sickle cell disease.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with external stakeholders, patient organizations, and advocacy groups.
  • Process Improvement: Oversee internal processes to ensure efficient and compliant conduct of patient advocacy activities.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years' experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry with 3+ years in project management/business operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work history experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and ability to build strong relationships.
