EPIC Trainer with Clinical Application Expertise

We are seeking an experienced EPIC Trainer with Clinical Application Expertise to join our team at Christus Health. As a key member of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our clinical staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize EPIC's clinical applications.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinicians on the use of EPIC's clinical applications, including patient registration, order entry, and medication management.
- Training Program Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials, including user manuals, online tutorials, and hands-on exercises.
- Implementation Support: Provide ongoing support to clinical staff during the implementation phase, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding the new system.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in healthcare and experience working with electronic health records (EHRs), preferably EPIC.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to clinicians with varying levels of technical expertise.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Salary InformationThe estimated salary range for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
