About the Role

The RN Supervisor Nursing will oversee the daily activities on our nursing unit, ensuring the coordination of care with other healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting quality, safety, experience, and leader rounding
  • Developing and implementing staffing plans based on patient acuity and census
  • Serving as a resource for staff in solving clinical problems
  • Participating in patient and safety rounding and providing real-time feedback
  • Assisting staff in efficiently utilizing staffing resources to meet patient care requirements

This position requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor new graduate nurses and provide just-in-time education. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the State of Oklahoma, with associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes front-loaded PTO, 100% INTEGRIS Health paid short-term disability, increased retirement match, and paid family leave. We also offer a recently enhanced benefits package that speaks to our commitment to employee wellness and satisfaction.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher
  • Registered Nurse license to practice in the State of Oklahoma
  • RN experience working in the specialty area(s) identified is preferred
