About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of California. You will work with a team of experienced therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in a supportive and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, typically lasting 45 minutes, to help patients improve their functional abilities and manage pain.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate with patients' families and caregivers as needed.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
  • CPR certification and recent physical examination within the last year.
  • Clear TB testing within the last year and ability to maintain ongoing compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
