The salary for this position is estimated to be around $140,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Child Psychologist to join our team in the hospital-based psychology clinic. The successful candidate will provide psychological assessment and evidence-based intervention for a range of presenting concerns, including inattention, problems with learning, developmental and intellectual differences, depression, anxiety, and disruptive behavior.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, as well as expertise in child assessment and intervention. They will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, developmental pediatricians, advanced practice nursing professionals, clinical social workers, and primary care physicians.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A PhD (or equivalent) in clinical psychology, pediatric psychology, or clinical child psychology
  • Completed an internship at an APA-accredited internship program with a focus on child psychology
  • Relevant experience working with children and adolescents
  • Eligibility for licensure in Missouri and Kansas
