Job Description

The Veterans Health Administration is seeking an experienced ENT Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Fredericksburg, VA. As a key member of the Department of Surgery, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with diseases requiring ENT surgery or treatment.

You will conduct initial histories and physical examinations, perform major and minor surgical procedures, prescribe medications, and order diagnostic studies such as lab tests, x-rays, electrocardiograms (EKGs), and CT scans.

In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you will work collaboratively with the entire medical center staff to ensure seamless care coordination.

**Work Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

**Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary range of $300,000 - $450,000 per year, depending on experience, plus industry-leading full benefits and features package to support high-quality professional practice and favorable work-life-family balance.
