We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and deliver top-quality virtual speech and language services. In this role, you'll support a diverse group of students, helping them overcome communication challenges and thrive.

Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide customized therapy sessions. As a key member of our team, you'll:

  • Identify and evaluate disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and execute personalized IEPs.
  • Administer therapeutic services, monitor student progress, and adapt treatment plans as required.
  • Work alongside teachers, parents, and staff to support effective communication strategies.
  • Perform assessments, maintain thorough records, and contribute to team discussions for planning.
  • Promote advocacy for students, stay current with industry developments, and pursue ongoing professional education.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Ohio Teaching Certification
  • Ohio SLP license
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A fast and reliable computer & internet connection

We offer:

  • A 1099 position with guaranteed weekly hours
  • An hourly rate of $45-$55 per hour, consistent across direct/indirect hours and planning periods
  • School hours and a clinical/technical team on standby

Please note that the salary is based on an estimated $45-$55 per hour, which translates to approximately $93,600 - $114,400 per year, assuming 40 hours of work per week. This estimate may vary based on individual circumstances.
