Fresenius Medical Care, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking an experienced Hematology Nurse to join our team. This role requires a registered nurse with 9 months of experience in acute dialysis, preferably in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive hemodialysis care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough patient assessments to identify potential health risks and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administering medications as prescribed by physicians and monitoring patient responses
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and program operations
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A current RN license in the state of practice
- Minimum 9 months of experience in acute dialysis, with 6 months preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
