Job Summary

This is a permanent principal X-ray technologist position that requires flexibility in scheduling, ability to rotate shifts and coverage for weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in an acute care and/or university hospital setting, with ARRT licensure or ARRT-approved equivalent, CRT licensure, and BLS (CPR) certification. The technologist will perform radiologic procedures in assigned areas, including basic radiographic exams, advanced procedures, and specialized procedures such as vascular imaging equipment, ERCP, and Lead Tech role and Mentoring responsibilities. The position requires maintaining annual competency in advanced procedures and specialized procedures, as well as maintaining and updating clinical knowledge and skills. The technologist will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with physicians, other managers, and staff throughout the department and hospital. The ideal candidate will have a can-do, team-oriented attitude, with the ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving expertise. Responsibilities
