Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Intervention Specialist to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities. Our ideal candidate will assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation.

The successful candidate will provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals, collect data on targeted behaviors, and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
  • Collect data on targeted behaviors
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
Qualifications

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required. Additionally, experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, and ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner are highly valued.
