Midnight Campus Ambassador

RiverWoods Exeter is seeking a skilled Overnight Hospitality Coordinator to join our campus services team. This role requires a team player with excellent customer service skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Provide quality customer service to residents, staff, and visitors, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
• Ensure safe and timely transportation of residents and staff, utilizing campus vehicles without the need for a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Oversee cleaning and maintenance duties at all RiverWoods Exeter campuses during overnight hours, implementing a rotating cleaning schedule and performing nightly spot cleaning.
• Manage cleaning tasks across various spaces, adapting to varying time requirements and utilizing a provided checklist.
• Collaborate with Leads or subsequent shifts to address any incomplete tasks, ensuring continuity of service and cleanliness across the campuses.
• Operate campus vehicles for transport duties, ensuring residents are safely secured during transit.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good driving record and previous driving experience preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
