Job Summary

The Senior Admissions Advisor is a key member of our team, responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process. This role requires a strong understanding of our programs and a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can provide exceptional customer service and support to our students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, recruitment, or a related field, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize our enterprise approach to guide prospective students through the admissions process
  • Demonstrate a high level of program knowledge to assist students and deliver personalized communications
  • Listen actively and make admissions qualification decisions to enroll students
  • Promote our culture of compliance and follow regulatory and procedural processes
  • Support and contribute to Stautzenberger's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Liaise with other departments to help students make informed decisions
  • Participate in open houses, recruitment events, and industry events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of sales experience, recruitment experience, or related experience with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a high-performance team
  • Ability to use outlines and apply strong work ethic
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
