Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to work as a travel Respiratory Therapist providing essential respiratory care to patients in various healthcare settings while traveling to different locations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Administering respiratory therapy treatments and assessments to patients with respiratory conditions such as COPD, asthma, and pneumonia.
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams to develop patient care plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
  • Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educating patients and families on respiratory care techniques to empower them to take an active role in their care.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all aspects of respiratory care.
Requirements
  • Current RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification and state license.
  • Experience in respiratory care, preferably in a travel role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and patients.
  • Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel frequently and maintain flexibility in work schedules.
