Logistics Driver

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. As a driver for Penske Logistics, you will be responsible for performing multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies, unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, and scanning products as they are unloaded and delivered.

Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of $86,602 annually, with opportunities to earn up to $100,000 per year. Additionally, you will receive a $5,000 retention bonus. Physical Requirements:
The associate must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the associate will be required to move frequently, stand, walk, and sit. The associate is frequently required to use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and to reach with hands and arms. The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg. The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area.

Qualifications and Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you must have a valid CDL Class A license, currently hold or be able to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card, and have at least one year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last three years. You must also have a clean DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents. Regular attendance and the ability to work a 5-day schedule with dispatch times ranging from 6:30 pm to 2 am are essential functions of the job.
