Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the dietitian to establish menus and ensure they meet the nutritional needs of patients.
  • Monitor and manage departmental budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Identify and report any issues or concerns related to food safety and quality to the dietitian.
  • Perform other functions and tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Human Nutrition, or related field preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in food services, with 4 years of supervisory experience.
