Shoe Sorter and Pricer

Job Summary

Alabama Goodwill Industries Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Shoe Sorter and Pricer. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting and pricing donated shoes, ensuring they are accurately priced and displayed for sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort and categorize donated shoes into salable, salvage, and trash categories
• Price merchandise using our baseline price guide
• Keep abreast of merchandise knowledge, industry trends, and competitive pricing
• Transport merchandise to sales floor, stock shelves, display, and rotate merchandise
• Perform mark-downs in compliance with agency policy

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stand for extensive periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
