Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Travel Liaison Navigator Associate to join our team at HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating travel arrangements, managing itineraries, and resolving any issues that may arise during trips.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the healthcare or travel industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite, with experience using software such as CRM systems and email marketing tools.
