Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer to join our team. As an installer, you will be responsible for accurately installing our products at job sites according to company procedures and meeting customer expectations.

About the Role: This is a 1099 position that requires candidates to possess excellent trade skills, including carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of installations year-round. If you are a skilled craftsman or woman with excellent customer service skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Install bathrooms in one day using your expertise in carpentry, trim carpentry, and construction.
  • Follow all installation standards and procedures while performing installations and providing services.
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when interacting with customers.
  • Respect customers' property and ensure the work area remains clean after completion.
  • Wear the company uniform on the job site, adhering to good grooming and hygiene practices.
  • Inform customers about the functionality, care, and maintenance of their new installations.
  • Complete and submit necessary paperwork and photos accurately.
  • Take inventory of the installation vehicle and keep it stocked with required tools and job components.

Requirements:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent education.
  • Hold 2+ years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovation, with the ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square.
  • Demonstrate valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.
  • Show basic plumbing knowledge (optional).
  • Utilize power tools (drill, jigsaw, etc.).
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
  • Demonstrate mathematical skills for adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing units of measurement.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Understand detailed written, illustrated, or oral instructions.
  • Personal enclosed trailer preferred but not required.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 based on location and industry standards.
