Career Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Game Dealer - Table Gaming Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for dealing assigned games according to established policies and procedures while providing outstanding customer service.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deal Games with Precision: Deal respective live table games according to standard rules, company procedures, and applicable gaming regulations.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide timely and courteous service to both guests and fellow team members.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Workspace: Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Gaming Regulations: Maintain current knowledge of applicable company policies and gaming regulations.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Experience Preferred: Six (6) months of prior experience or dealer's school strongly preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent customer skills and be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for extended periods of time for majority of shift, bend and reach across gaming table, and use hands to deal and collect playing cards.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $ $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
