About the Role

We're seeking a charismatic and motivated Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Training Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering top-notch training sessions while maintaining our distinct aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide superior support to clients both in and out of class.
• Inspire and energize clients through engaging workouts and maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and promoting a strong sense of community within our studios.

Requirements

• Possess instructor or personal training certification and relevant experience from leading group training or working as a personal trainer.
• Be available to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
• Exhibit a friendly, outgoing personality with a strong sense of integrity and self-confidence.
• Show enthusiasm for fitness and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals.
• Be passionate about our brand and committed to upholding our values.
• Display proven dependability and reliability in your work.
• Possess exceptional customer service skills and a desire to build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Meet physical demands of the role, including kneeling, bending, reaching, climbing, and standing for extended periods, as well as lifting equipment and supplies weighing over 30 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is estimated to range between $19.20 - $27.84 USD per hour, depending on location and qualifications.
