Job Summary

This role involves direct clinical patient care. The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising patient care on a per-shift basis. They will also support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, as well as the competency of clinical staff and resource management related to patient care.

The ideal candidate will have effective interpersonal and communication skills and serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.

Requirements

Education:

A state-approved school of nursing or an accredited institution is required. A bachelor's or master's degree in nursing is preferred.

Certifications:

A current license, certification, or registration to practice as a registered nurse is required, along with CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Tenet complies with federal, state, and local laws regarding mandatory vaccination of its workforce. If you are offered this position and must be vaccinated under any applicable law, you will be required to show proof of full vaccination or obtain an approval of a religious or medical exemption prior to your start date.
