This is an opportunity for a sales professional with previous experience to drive our success as an Account Executive. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new clients by researching markets and calling/emailing businesses.
- Build a reputation and network in the small business community, making businesses excited to work with you.
- Manage multiple relationships, creating happy customers.
- Evangelize the product, learning it inside out and sharing it with the small business world.
- Become an expert in outsourced HR solutions.
- Thrive in a hard-working yet casual and fun start-up environment.
Qualifications:
- 6 months to 4 years of sales or related experience. Salesforce CRM proficiency is a plus.
- Formal sales training or self-taught, with a passion for selling and building relationships.
- Self-motivated, able to hit the ground running, and excel in prospecting, meeting, managing, and selling to clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to break down complicated topics into simple terms.
- An over-achiever, never giving up, and always finding creative solutions to problems.
- Comfortable in entrepreneurial environments and driven to build something meaningful.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, along with great benefits and a fun work environment.
