Compensation PackageWe offer a competitive wage range of $34-$38 per hour, plus an additional $1 per hour shift differential. This translates to a weekly pay estimate of $1,208-$1,384 per week. Additionally, we provide comprehensive benefits, including:

As a Registered Nurse at Citrus Health and Rehabilitation Center, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with standards of nursing practice and regulations. Key responsibilities include:
- Obtaining changes in physician orders based on resident progress or lack thereof
- Communicating pertinent information about resident condition and progress to charge nurses, supervisors, and Director of Nursing
- Maintaining clean, orderly treatment carts and restocking supplies
- Following Infection Control policies and procedures
- Administering medications and treatments accurately, as ordered by physicians and according to facility policies and procedures
- Documenting pressure sore status weekly or more often as condition changes
- Assisting in monitoring inventory of medications, medical supplies, and equipment to ensure adequate skin care products are available
- Participating in educational programs for residents and their family members relative to skin care upon discharge to home
- Participating in Quality Improvement activities, as assigned
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A current state license in Florida
- One year of related nursing experience preferred
- A current/active CPR certification
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- The highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment
- Customer service orientation with the ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and make independent decisions
