We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to serve as RN CNA/QMA Instructor at Rolling Hills Healthcare Center in New Albany, IN. This is a full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to share your nursing knowledge and abilities with our team.

About the Role

As an RN CNA/QMA Instructor, you will be responsible for coordinating and conducting Nurse Aide training classes, maintaining documentation, and developing teaching materials. You will also participate in Quality Improvement meetings to ensure staff training in identified areas of weakness. Additionally, you will develop and implement an effective orientation program and conduct skills testing.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate/conduct Nurse Aide training classes and testing
  • Maintain all required documentation
  • Develop materials, manuals, and teaching aides
  • Coordinate State-mandated training hours for all CNA's and QMA's
  • Participate in QI meetings to ensure staff training in identified areas of weakness
  • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective orientation program
  • Conduct/coordinate skills testing

Requirements
  • Current license as a RN in the state where the center is located
  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes [insert benefits here].
