Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Operations Specialist to join our team at Lifelancer. This role is responsible for creating high-quality technical documents that support our manufacturing operations.

About the Role

In this position, you will work closely with our manufacturing team to develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation. Your primary responsibility will be to create detailed work instructions, procedures, and guides that ensure smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain technical documents, including work instructions, procedures, and guides, in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to gather information and insights necessary for document creation and revision.
  • Analyze and interpret historical production records and manufacturing documents to inform document updates and improvements.
  • Utilize electronic document control systems to manage document creation, revision, and approval processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to documentation and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry, biology, biochemistry) or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in laboratory or manufacturing environments, preferably in a scientific/technical field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in technical writing, with the ability to communicate complex scientific concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Familiarity with operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality business systems (ERP, PLM, LIMS, or MES).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform calculations and conversions as needed.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
