About the Role:

This is a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and challenging role that will require long hours, excellent communication and organization, and a sense of humor.

The Chief of Staff to the CEO will be responsible for developing trusting and meaningful relationships with the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders. This includes participating in internal and external meetings, managing preparation and follow-up, and ensuring high levels of accountability across the board.

The ideal candidate will have at least seven years of work experience, including three years as a strategy consultant at a top-tier consulting firm. They will be well-versed in finance, investing, and/or lending, and have an MBA from a top program.

The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for playing an active role in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance management, and helping the leadership team ensure they are hitting their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing trusting and meaningful relationships with the CEO, leadership team, and key stakeholders
  • Participating in internal and external meetings, managing preparation and follow-up
  • Ensuring high levels of accountability across the board
  • Playing an active role in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance management
  • Helping the leadership team ensure they are hitting their goals
