About the Role:

American Equipment Holdings is seeking a skilled Crane Service Technician to join our team in Denver, CO. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing on-site preventative maintenance, repairs, and modernizations on electric overhead traveling cranes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts, inspecting equipment, and replacing worn-out components
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues with cranes and related equipment
  • Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve crane safety and efficiency
  • Generate sales leads during service calls by identifying opportunities to upgrade or replace existing equipment
  • Document all work performed in a clear and concise manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as mechanics, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC theory and ability to troubleshoot 480VAC 3-phase motor control systems
  • Aptitude for both electrical and mechanical environments, as well as familiarity with mechanical and electrical equipment
  • Valid driver's license with good driving record
  • Ability to pass drug-screen and background check
