We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist Trainee to join our team at RadNet. As a key member of our radiology department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality imaging services.

Key Responsibilities- You will complete an initial Mammography Training Course Webinar, including 8 hours of training in digital mammography, which will be reimbursed by RadNet.
- Additionally, you will receive 8 hours of training in Tomosynthesis, also reimbursed by RadNet.
- Passing the California State Mammography Licensing Exam is essential, with RadNet providing reimbursement for this exam as well.
- Career advancement opportunities are available for dedicated and caring professionals who wish to cross-train into mammography.
- Once licensed, you will receive hands-on training in mammography, and upon certification, become a full-time mammography technologist with RadNet.
- You will participate in projects and meetings, and complete tasks assigned by management.
- A current California State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology and ARRT (R) certification are mandatory.
- BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association is also required.
- Proficiency in advanced radiology procedures such as Tomosynthesis, biopsies, and procedures is necessary.
- You must possess resilience, adaptability, and compassion, providing a calm and friendly demeanor to nervous patients and delivering a professional and positive healthcare experience.
- Quick thinking and the ability to take appropriate action on-the-fly in emergent situations are essential.
The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience.
