The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, based on experience. In addition to a generous compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. This includes evaluating and treating athletes at all levels, from youth sports to collegiate and professional teams.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with team sports, with a strong background in non-operative sports medicine. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with athletes, coaches, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
  • Provide medical coverage for athletic events and competitions
  • Collaborate with athletic trainers and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in orthopedic sports medicine through ongoing education and training

Qualifications

  • MD/DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program
  • American Board Certification in Non-Operative Sports Medicine
  • Eligibility for Arizona state medical licensure
  • 3-5 years of experience working with team sports, with a strong background in non-operative sports medicine
