About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Customer Growth and Retention team. This is a remote position, and candidates must reside in the US to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer success team to meet and exceed growth and retention goals.
  • Develop, own, and continuously improve the customer success journey from onboarding to renewal to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Work closely with the VP of Customer Success to set and execute strategic goals, OKRs, and KPIs for the department.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base to achieve growth targets.
Requirements
  • Strong sales leadership experience with a proven track record of leading teams that sell, upsell, and increase revenue while maintaining a customer base.
  • A-Player management skills, including coaching, goal setting, empowerment, accountability, redeployment of underperforming team members, and team building.
  • Ability to multitask, adapt to changes seamlessly, and maintain high standards with attention to detail.
  • Strategic leadership, balance between independence and humility, trustworthiness, honesty, resiliency, and growth-driven churn reduction.
  • HubSpot proficiency, operational efficiency, hiring and development of staff, technology integration, executive reporting, 100% accurate data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and trusted advisor capabilities.
Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $45,000 and $75,000 annually, plus a bonus of up to $20,000 paid quarterly based on individual and team performance. The company also offers benefits, including 10 days of PTO, 8 holidays, 2 floating holidays, 5 sick days, medical insurance, 401k, paid training, and career advancement programs.
