Hospital Chaplain PRN Position

This is a PRN position with no set day or guaranteed hours. The successful candidate will help provide coverage throughout the system as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide spiritual care and support to patients, families, and staff
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to address the spiritual needs of patients
• Develop and maintain relationships with local clergy and community leaders
• Participate in hospital-wide initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
Requirements:
• Master's Degree with a major emphasis in Religion or Theology or Divinity
• Four units of Clinical Pastoral Education from an accredited Clinical Pastoral Education program
• Professional knowledge of ethical and moral matters
• Board certification by the National Association of Catholic Chaplains, the Association of Professional Chaplains, or the National Association of Jewish Chaplains preferred
• Experience in ministry to the sick, preferably in a hospital setting
