Residential Nursing Opportunity

People Incorporated is seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, and medication distribution while maintaining human rights.
  • Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
  • De-escalate and manage crisis situations to ensure the safety of others.
Requirements:
  • MA state valid LPN or RN license.
  • Qualifying criminal background check and valid driver's license.
  • TB screening and Physical required upon hire and TB update every two years.
