About Our Early Intervention Programs

At Criterion Child Enrichment, we provide comprehensive early intervention services to families with children from birth to 3 years of age who are at risk for or experiencing developmental delays. Our primary focus is on empowering families to support their child's learning and growth.

Our team of experienced professionals utilizes a parent coaching model to work collaboratively with families, providing education, training, and support to help their children thrive. We offer services in-home, at our early intervention centers, and in the community, ensuring that families have access to the resources they need to succeed.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as an Early Intervention Social Worker. In this role, you will work closely with families to develop and implement Individual Family Service Plans, provide home-based services, and collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of care.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of infant-toddler development.
  • Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
  • Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
  • Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
  • Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families.
Qualifications
  • Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Developmental Psychology, or Educational Psychology.
  • Experience: 2 years of pediatric experience preferred.
  • Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365.
