About the Role- As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- You will also be responsible for promoting sales and driving business growth through effective merchandising and display techniques.
- In addition, you will provide training and development opportunities for your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- A competitive hourly wage of $19.00 per hour, plus opportunities for additional income through bonuses and incentives.

- You should be able to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
- You should be comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work areas and equipment.
