As a Project Engineer with our team, you will lead all commissioning efforts across our projects. Your responsibilities will include reviewing test results, liaising with contractors and vendors, and supporting the transition of projects from execution to operations.

Your key qualifications will be:

">
  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a reputed/accredited university;">
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in project engineering of Utility Scale BESS, PV, and Hybrid projects;">
  • Strong fundamentals in Electrical Engineering with the ability to self-perform varied scopes of work;">
  • Strong understanding of BESS and PV project design, commissioning procedures, and processes;">
  • Familiarity with general electrical and substation commissioning procedures and processes;">
  • Familiarity with various grid operator design and commissioning requirements, such as ERCOT and CAISO metering requirements and commissioning processes;">
  • Familiarity with various BESS and PV technologies;">
  • High-level understanding of Grid-scale renewable energy project development, specifically Energy Storage and PV systems;">
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects and engineering team initiatives.">

You can expect:

  • A base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year;">
  • An annual bonus will be awarded based on both individual performance as well as the overall success of the business;">

  • The ability to work remotely or in the Greater Austin, TX area;">
  • Occasional travel (less than 15%) to project sites during critical commissioning phases.">
