Job Title: Resort Bartender

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Palmilla Beach. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and their guests, while maintaining a high level of quality and efficiency in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock and maintain inventory of bar supplies and beverages
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages to guests
• Assist in cost control and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to management
• Perform opening and closing duties, including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking
• Accountable for checks and cash transactions
• Utilize Point of Sales System
• Review banquet schedule for changes, calendar of events, and special events
• Serve catered parties from service or portable bars
• Occasionally serve meals to guests
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One year of bartending experience and/or training
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older to meet state age requirements to serve alcohol
• Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties
• Alcohol Awareness Training
