Job Title: Education Specialist for Behavioral Development

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician to join our team as an Education Specialist for Behavioral Development. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with special needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavioral intervention plans in a school setting, utilizing proven techniques to support student growth and development.
  • Collaborate with educators and professionals to ensure seamless integration of services and optimal student outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • RBT Certification, demonstrating expertise in applied behavior analysis principles and practices.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician, ideally in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with students, teachers, and colleagues.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
• Hourly pay rate: $22-$26
