Job Description

The successful candidate will provide 1:1 and group ABA services to clients in both clinic and in-home settings. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clinical supervisors and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver ABA services to clients with Autism, following individualized treatment plans
  • Collect and record data on client progress, under the guidance of clinical supervisors
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients and families, ensuring a positive and supportive environment
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and toileting
  • Support clients in developing independence in daily living skills
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in ABA or a similar human services field
  • An active RBT certification through the BACB (training provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance practices

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
