Administrative Coordinator-Cardiology Specialist

Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator-Cardiology is responsible for providing administrative support to the Cardiology Department. This includes managing budgets, coordinating events, and supervising administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage departmental budgets and grant allocations
- Coordinate events, such as forums and conferences
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training and orientation
- Assist with human resources and payroll transactions
- Ensure adequate restock of supplies and requisition merchandise as needed
- Develop and update informational flyers and brochures
- Research and compile information for reports
- Check materials submitted for supervisor's attention
- Perform other related duties
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of applicable 5 years related administrative or business experience required. Some supervisory experience preferred.
