About the Role

Zaxby's is looking for a highly motivated and organized Shift Leader to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of shifts, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts, focusing on efficient service delivery and maintaining high-quality food and beverages.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash handling procedures, manage tip reconciliation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Sales Growth: Develop strategies to increase sales, implement promotions, and monitor progress towards goals.
  • Talent Development: Coach and train team members to improve performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Guest Experience: Foster an environment that ensures exceptional guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership abilities, with experience in supervising and motivating teams.
  • Communication: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
  • Organizational: Display strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical: Familiarity with Point-of-Sale systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math calculations.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
