Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Member to join our team at Schlotzskys Fargo. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our restaurant by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and serving food in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by following all health and safety guidelines, cleaning equipment and workstations, and reporting any hazards or issues to management.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations by working collaboratively with colleagues, meeting productivity standards, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stretch, and kneel to reach products or clean areas of the restaurant.
  • Perform repetitive hand and arm motions, handle hot food by hand, and maintain strict safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old to operate certain kitchen equipment.
  • Prior experience in food service or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
