A&I MOVING LLC is seeking reliable and physically fit individuals to join our team as Movers. With a focus on providing excellent customer service and ensuring the safe transportation of clients' belongings, this role offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth.
Job Summary:We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals who can work independently and as part of a team to provide top-notch moving services. As a Mover with A&I MOVING LLC, you will be responsible for safely loading, transporting, and unloading client belongings, while maintaining a positive and stress-free experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of satisfaction for clients
- Safely load, transport, and unload client belongings using company-provided equipment
- Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team to meet daily objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse work preferred
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Competitive compensation package ($15-$18/hr plus tips and bonus)
- Bi-weekly pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $30,000 - $40,000 per year, based on 20 hours of work per week and assuming a 52-week working period. This estimate includes the base hourly rate and potential bonuses, but does not account for benefits or overtime pay.
