We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Ecologist/Biologist to join our team in Dunwoody or Roswell, GA.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in ecologist/biologist-related work and a strong understanding of environmental regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead ecology work on transportation, engineering, and other projects.
  • Compile reports, documents, and permits related to environmental resources.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and GDOT staff.
  • Prepare NEPA documentation, Clean Water Act permit applications, and Stream Buffer Variance applications.
  • Attend GDOT meetings and networking events.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, biology, or a related field.
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Pass background check, drug test, and alcohol screening test.
  • Licensed to work in the US.
