Job Overview

The Fitness Director will play a key role in upholding the quality of the Equinox experience through education, programming and trainer development. This position inspires members and employees toward a culture of self-improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with trainers to provide clear understanding of PT value proposition and support pipeline management
  • Establish and maintain high standards for trainers in their interactions with members and club staff
  • Lead team commitment to continued education opportunities and delivery of quality programming
  • Host weekly Tier X team meetings to discuss result reviews, assessments, education, and morale
  • Support Trainer career development process and identify key talent to advance careers
  • Conduct regular program design meetings and perform session audits to ensure compliance on program delivery standards
