Join Our Team as a Home Health Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories to assess their physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote clients' independence and well-being.
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure clients receive the best possible care.
  • Educate and instruct clients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary to promote clients' health, safety, and independent living.
Qualifications:
  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
