Job Overview:

Search Solution Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to play a key role in identifying, attracting, and evaluating top candidates for positions across all business units, ensuring the company's continued growth and success.

This role is vital for maintaining a strong talent pipeline and supporting the organization's rapid expansion through strategic hiring.

The Corporate Recruiter will collect and analyze market data to ensure competitive salary offers and understand trends in candidate availability.

Leverage data to identify and shortlist qualified candidates for open roles.

Coordinate logistics for interviews, including meeting arrangements, travel, and accommodations.

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support the recruitment process.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.

At least two years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on engineering and professional-level roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
  • Skilled in using data to drive recruitment decisions and understand market trends.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on engineering and professional-level roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
