About the Job

We are seeking licensed behavioral health professionals to join our Adult Military and Family Life Counseling team at Fort Irwin, CA. As a Military Career Support Specialist, you will work closely with military personnel and their families to provide confidential, solution-focused counseling and support.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree or higher in the Behavioral Health Professions and be licensed to practice at the independent level. You must also be a US citizen and pass a background check. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those who serve our country.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face counseling to service members and their families
  • Offer presentations and workshops on various topics related to military life
  • Develop rapport with military personnel and their families through community events and outreach
  • Collaborate with installation staff to provide support and guidance
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities

Estimated Salary Range:

$55,250 - $99,875 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
