Job Summary

The ServiceNow Platform Architect will be a trusted technical advisor and a valued partner on our transformation journey with ServiceNow for our client. This role will require the ability to form solutions and proposals to present and expand TechM's footprint at ATT.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and work with our AT&T partners to create and integrate a TechM supplied enterprise wide solutions and technical architecture. Set the implementation strategy of various ServiceNow modules and set the foundation for TechM's ability to supply solutions to ATT. Drive standardization and best practice platform management, enabling TechM to focus on value delivery.

Requirements

Apply deep understanding of system and software architecture to design complex solutions on the ServiceNow platform for AT&T. Lead and prescribe clients to best practice and collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Direct a team of technical architects and specialists that design, develop, implement, and maintain IT systems for our business clients. Have knowledge of strategic IT solutions and hands on experience in software development. Extensive knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems. Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, SQL, SAP, Oracle, and C#. Ability to solve complex IT issues.
