Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing team in Houston. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with the marketing director and brokers to create visually appealing marketing materials that support our business units.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and experience working under tight deadlines. You will be responsible for designing a variety of marketing deliverables, including brochures, flyers, and presentations, as well as suggesting ways to streamline production processes.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the marketing director to produce high-quality marketing materials on a day-to-day basis
  • Work closely with sales and project management teams to meet their marketing needs
  • Design and develop marketing templates, assets, and vendor relations to improve efficiency
  • Assess projects, identify missing pieces, and communicate clearly to complete tasks quickly
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a graphic designer or similar role
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients
