We are seeking a problem-solving, hands-on Clinical Training Specialist to join our client team. This role involves coordinating statewide quarterly trainings for outreach partner initiatives, assessing staff knowledge and behavior regarding substance use disorders, and developing evaluation procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions for statewide outreach partner initiatives.
  • Evaluate staff knowledge, attitude, and behavior related to substance use disorders and medication-assisted treatment.
  • Develop and review evaluation procedures for training programs.
  • Design and implement learning strategies based on adult learning theory.
  • Participate in organizing presentations for community events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Summarize content for bi-weekly newsletters.
  • Utilize PowerPoint, Canva, and other tools to create engaging virtual learning presentations.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop materials for patient populations, providers, case managers, and ancillary staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Health Studies, or a related field.
  • Two years of experience planning and implementing educational programming and training.
  • Excellent public speaking skills and experience providing training in a professional setting.
  • Interpersonal skills, including listening and demonstrating sensitivity to diversity and individual needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

This is a competitive position with a salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer benefits, including life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, 401(k) retirement plan, and robust healthcare options.
